RegRoute is operated by Onyx Byte - F.Z.E. The contracting party for purchases is Onyx Byte - F.Z.E, with its registered address at Office - C1 - 1F - SF0446, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Onyx Byte - F.Z.E is licensed by Ajman Free Zone Authority, Licence No. 35464.

The service

This is informational regulatory-readiness software. It applies a documented, deterministic rule set to the answers you give and reports which EU instruments and requirements appear relevant to that profile, which evidence is typically expected, and what is missing.

Not legal advice

Nothing produced by this service is legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship is created. Output is a readiness signal to be verified with qualified counsel before you rely on it commercially or in a regulatory filing. National implementing law, sector regulators and contractual terms can change the answer.

One-time digital purchase

The readiness pack is a one-time digital purchase tied to a single assessment snapshot. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Access is granted to the browser holding the access link for that assessment.

A purchased pack reflects the assessment as it stood at purchase. Re-running the assessment produces a new, separate snapshot; it does not alter or replace a purchased report.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers you give, for verifying conclusions before acting, and for keeping your access link private. Do not enter personal data or confidential customer material into free-text fields.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access assessments that are not yours, enumerate identifiers, bypass payment or access controls, scrape or resell the content, reverse-engineer the rule set for a competing product, or overload the service.

Intellectual property

The rule set, the written guidance, the templates and the interface are ours. Buying the pack gives you a non-exclusive right to use its contents inside your own organisation, including sharing it with your advisers, customers and auditors. It does not permit resale or redistribution as a product.

Legal texts and official sources cited remain the property of their publishers.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is and as-available. The rule set is versioned; the version used for your snapshot is recorded with it. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, regulatory penalties, or losses arising from reliance on the output without independent verification. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase in question. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates. Subject to mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
